Where does Kleanur ship?

Kleanur currently ships to countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. It's important to note that the cosmetics industry is regulated by various organizations such as the FDA (United States), CPNP (European Union), and ECOCERT among others. These regulations influence where we can ship our products.

We are actively exploring options to bring Kleanur to other locations. In the meantime, if you feel left out, please write us an email at support@kleanur.com, and we'll see what we can do to accommodate your needs.

What shipping options are available at Kleanur? How long does shipping take?

While we strive to maintain consistent pricing for our customers, fluctuations in the shipping industry may necessitate occasional adjustments to our rates. Please note, the full lead time is: shipping time + 2 days fulfilment time (for order containing 1-10 units).

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed same-day.

Once processed, your order should typically arrive within 2-8 working days depending on your location. Occasionally it may take a little longer to reach you, especially if it's a larger order – if you still haven’t received your order after 14 working days, please get in touch with our customer service.

Returns

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, as a small company, we are unable to offer refunds.

If you want to cancel an order before it is processed, please reach out to us at support@kleanur.com and we are happy to cancel it for you if it is not yet shipped. Once our warehouse processes your order, we will not be able to cancel it for you. Please visit our refund policy for more information.

Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with the tracking link. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for this link to be updated with the latest information. 

I received the wrong product / a damaged product – what do I do?
